I Made $250,000+ From YouTube With This Framework (Copy It!)
It's Never Been Faster & Cheaper To Start On YouTube
I started out on YouTube in 2020.
Since then, my main channel has generated over $145,000 in AdSense revenue. It’s also generated another $100,000+ from affiliate traffic and brand sponsorships.

I don’t have a background in video production or film.
All I’ve done is create long-form content that answers people’s specific questions and provides some value in my niche (personal finance).
And now - the entire framework I use to conceptualize and create videos that print cash is more accessible than ever before.
That’s because AI tools and automation have removed all barriers to entry on YouTube.
This is amazing news if you’re a business owner, freelancer, or content creator who’s looking to scale a new income stream and client acquisition channel.
So today, I’m outlining my exact YouTube production framework, how you can get started ASAP, and how to use the right AI tools to supercharge your content game.
Let’s go!
Why Long-Form YouTube Is Still A Goldmine
Google organic is on its way out.
Same goes for a lot of static, image-based content on most social media.
But right now, long-form organic traffic on platforms like YouTube is still a goldmine. PLUS, you can get search traffic (targeting specific keywords in your niche) or browse/suggested traffic when your videos pop up in people’s feed. It’s insane.
I think we have a couple years left of this opportunity, at least.
This is also why I’m starting new channels too in other niches, with the same strategy I’m going to outline in a second.
This kind of long-form traffic is also incredibly valuable. Here are some use-cases:
Business Owners: You can convert YouTube viewers into customers, get them to sign up for your email list, and build a stickier relationship.
Content Creators: YouTube provides another way to monetize via affiliate offers, sponsorships, and AdSense income.
Freelancers: You can leverage YouTube to land new clients by growing your personal brand. OR, branch into courses and digital products designed to help other freelancers.
Shorts are cool too. But the traffic really doesn’t convert the same in terms of affiliate/direct sales, newsletter sign ups, or AdSense revenue. This is why I focus on long-form content and why I think most people should too.
😎 PS: Here’s my updated list of money-making tools I use to run my businesses. This includes helpful AI software plus some other cool stuff, like my Skool community and some fun earning opportunities.
How I’m Using AI To Scale Multiple Channels (Copy This Framework!)
A couple of years ago, making a long-form YouTube video took a lot of time and effort, or money if you hired someone.
I started out this way. I edited all my own videos, scripted everything, made the thumbnails…It’s exhausting.
In 2025 and beyond, the game has changed. There’s zero barrier to entry now.
Here’s the AI-powered framework you can use to supercharge your content production:
1️⃣ Create video scripts with ChatGPT. Alternatively, use Tactiq.io to turn ranking YouTube videos into scripts for you. I do this with my competitor’s videos and then paste the script into ChatGPT, tell it to make it more scannable, and then lightly touch up scripts with my own points. This takes 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Use your smartphone camera or my budget gear setup to film your content.
3️⃣ Edit your video with a modern, AI-powered video editor. I suggest Wondershare Filmora. It has tools that automatically remove pauses and background noise, trims your video for you, and slashes your editing time by over 50% if I had to guess. You can watch a YouTube tutorial on how to do basic edits to retain and engage your audience, and honestly, a monkey could make the basic edits you need to get the job done.
4️⃣ Post your video to YouTube. Use TubeBuddy to research the proper title and tags you want to help rank for your chosen keywords.
5️⃣ Use Opus Clips’ new thumbnail tool to create a free YouTube thumbnail just by uploading your unlisted video or a live video from a competitor. You can then tweak this design on Canva or just make a simple thumbnail yourself on Canva.
6️⃣ Post your video and share it across your socials, Reddit, and your email list.
7️⃣ Use Opus Clips to repurpose your long-form video into shorter clips you can post on Shorts, TikTok, and IG Reels
That’s it. That’s the framework.
But I promise you, once you get in the swing of things, you can get a video live, from conceptualization to hitting publish, in under 2 hours oftentimes.
And I’m talking about a well-researched and put together piece of content. One that adds value to your audience and addresses a particular pain point they’re having.
This isn’t faceless content that’s mass-produced, forgettable, and doesn’t covert. This is putting your face (or an employee’s) at the front of your business, becoming an industry expert, and driving real sales and traffic through video.
This is all incredibly cheap as well. Plus, you can outsource step 3 to an agency or freelance video editor and usually get long-form talking head content done for you for around $50 a video for something decent.
What Content Should You Post?
This isn’t a guide on how to edit YouTube videos or how to monetize your YouTube audience with affiliate offers or products. And if you’re struggling to come up with video ideas for your niche, just rip off your 5 closest competitors and put your own spin on things when you’re starting out.
I’m going to make a YouTube course covering all of this for content creators. But for now, I’ll end this post with some tips on the kind of content you create.
As a new channel, I suggest:
Creating 50% search-based content that targets specific keywords your audience is searching for
Creating 50% of content covering trends, news, and more clickbait topics in your particular niche to try and get into browse and suggested traffic pools
I made the mistake early on with YouTube of only doing search-based content. This worked, but I grew so slowly. It wasn’t until I mixed in flashier topics and titles alongside this nice and stable search traffic that I really took off with my main channel.
The bottom line is that YouTube is still an immense opportunity. It doesn’t matter if you’re an influencer, freelancer, or business owner.
And while YouTube is more competitive, people who add value and work efficiently will come out on top. Don’t let competition scare you, either. You can find your niche on YouTube and leverage this platform to make some serious cash, even in 2025 and beyond.
Anyways, that does it for this one!
